APPLICATION FEES AND DEPOSITS

The application fees and deposit must be in separate certified funds and must accompany the applications when submitted.

There is a $40 application fee for each occupant over the age of 18.

TO USE A CREDIT CARD

There will be two (2) charges to your card. One for the application fees which will include a $25 convenience fee. The second for the amount of the deposit.

After completing the application you can drop it off at our office or fax it to 210.342.4198.

Please be prepared to give the following information if you call our office for a credit card payment.

1. Name as it appears on the card
2. Card number
3. Expiration Date
4. Security number (3 digit number on the back of the card)
5. Billing Address
